Paintings exhibited and/or held in various public collections including three Florilegium societies of which I am a Fellow; The Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation, Pittsburgh; Shirley Sherwood Gallery, Kew, and the RHS Lindley Library, London.

Having initially trained as a teacher Penny teaches adults Botanical illustration in Cambridge University Botanic Garden and Kew Gardens and regularly teach a class in Cambridge. Her paintings are in several books, including ‘The Artist’s Handbook of Botany’ by Lizabeth Leach, 2023 and ‘The Illustrated College Herbal’ for the Royal College of Physicians, 2018.
